Taking Charge of Your Fertility

One of the best books I ever bought on the subject of getting pregnant was "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler. This is a GREAT book with loads of information on charting, monitoring your mucous levels, and overall learning you body signals to help know EXACTLY when you can conceive and when you can't. The principals behind this books are what I attribute to our successful pregnancy. That and the progesterone cream, but not every woman needs additional progesterone. However, every woman does need to know what her body is telling her and sad to say, most of us don't. Toni is an expert in fertility and has helped thousands of women get pregnant.

If you haven't already got this book, get it now. I can't recommend it strongly enough.

Also, when you're trying to get pregnant I recommend using the online fertility calendar charting service of fertilityfriend.com. They have free and paid accounts.  I used the free account and loved being able to accurately chart my temperatures each day.
